Is it Secure?

Beatsworkin holds security the highest priority during online transactions therefore a payment processor is used to transact any sensitive information such as credit card numbers etc.

All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the Protx VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates.
No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Protx are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Protx servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

What is your returns policy?

NON FAULTY GOODS

All goods sold carry a 100% guarantee of satisfaction.

If you feel dissatisfied in any way with your purchase within 7 days from the day after you receive the goods we will give you a refund for the goods within 30 days of the cancellation.In most cases a refund is given the day the returned goods are recieved and checked by Beatsworkin.
All goods must be returned in the condition which they were sent out if the goods are found to be used or damaged by the customer then no refund will be given and costs of returning the goods to the customer will be the customers responcibility.
The goods are to be returned to the address below at your own expense, however if the goods are not returned we will arrange a collection and deduct the delivery charges incurred from the refund.
Before returning any goods please contact Beatsworkin to advise of return either via email or telephone.
Please include your invoice details, reasons for return and if a refund or exchange is required. For your own protection send any returns by registered post as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the mail on the way back to us.

Beatsworkin endeavors to respond to complaints within 5 working days.

All non faulty items returned will incure a £6 surcharge for costs and administration incured by Beatsworkin. Original postage costs will be refunded. There will be no surcahrge for faulty items returned.

FAULTY GOODS AND MISTAKES

We do not accept responsibility for:
- fair wear and tear.
- failure to comply with cleaning instructions.
- abuse or third party damage, i.e. dry cleaners etc.

This notice does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns made due to faulty goods will be checked by are returns staff and if found to be defective will be refunded. Also any postage costs incurred by you for returning the faulty goods will then be refunded.

Please enclose your contact details and invoice number with the return.

There will be no surcharge for faulty items or mistakes that are returned.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

All items displayed on the website are held in stock therefore are available for immediate dispatch.
If the item is not available due to our error you will be contacted within 24hrs and offered an alternative or a refund.

Can I get a discount on large orders?

Unfortunately discount can’t be offered online but if you wish to place a large order then please phone the order through then a discount can be applied by a member of staff.

What happens when I make an order?

Once an order is placed with beatsworkin then a conformation email will be sent out to you. The order will then be picked and packed by attentive members of staff. Once the order has been displaced another email will be sent to you confirming dispatch.

What is your complaints policy?

we strive to provide the very best service and make sure this site is working well and all information is kept up-to-date. If you have any complaints or see anything that you know to be incorrect please email us so that we can correct it. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and inform you of how we will intend to resolve the dispute. As a small company, we feel that we can offer an exceptional level of service. However, if you have any complaints contact us. We will do our utmost to resolve any problem, and we normally aim to contact you within 4 working days.
